15) Your membership to this Web Site includes the release of Your and the company’s contact details. The Web Site includes a listing of all users and/or members to this Web Site. Should you wish to be removed from this list, please email sales@pfj.com.au

16) These Terms of Use and ancillary agreements you have reviewed in connection with the use of the Services provided through this Web Site contain the entire understanding between us with respect to any use of the Web Site by You or by anyone using the Web Site through Your account, and no oral or written representation, statement, or inducement not contained herein shall bind either of us. Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been eliminated.
