Paterson Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd (PFJ) warrants that its products will be free from any manufacturer’s defects at the time of purchase. We will repair or replace any product which is found to be defective in materials or workmanship at the time of purchase and will pay the costs of all material and labour of the repair within the first 12 months of its life.
The warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
This warranty is offered only to original owner a product in question and may not be assigned or transferred and terminates upon change of ownership.
PFJ is not liable for any stone damage or loss, product damage due to misuse, the incorrect use of applied cleaners, or any product damage through accidents or acts of nature including fire, flood or earthquake. PFJ is not liable for natural wear and tear or for corrosion from highly corrosive environments.
If a repair is not practical, PFJ will replace the item with an identical product.
Due to the intricate nature of many of our products, this warranty will become null and void if alterations of any kind are performed upon the jewellery product outside of PFJ’s own jewellers. This includes, but is not limited to, ring sizing, rhodium plating, adjustments, or engraving work of any kind.
The customer is responsible for any shipping, duties or insurance charges in order to send the jewellery back to the place of purchase.
MY LITTLE ANGEL™ (MLA) is a registered brand of Paterson Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd (PFJ). We offer a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing faults.

For your assurance, all crafted precious metals in our collection are non-allergenic and conform to the international standards. All enamelling has been thoroughly tested for safety.
