Shipping & Returns

Orders received before 12pm are processed and dispatched the same day. All wholesale jewellery online orders received after 12pm are dispatched the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, there may be potential delays due to high volume of orders during promotional periods or COVID-19 restrictions which are outside of our control.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paterson Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Will I receive single or multiple deliveries?

Items ordered together may not always ship together as items on special order may take longer. If items within the single order have varying manufacturing requirements, the client may nominate whether they require a single or multiple deliveries.

Multiple deliveries may incur additional shipping costs.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us confirming your order has been shipped. If you wish to track the status of your order, please request a tracking number and allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes in Australia.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, in original packaging and undamaged. We do not accept returns for custom orders, personalised products (e.g. name necklaces, engraved items etc) and earrings for hygiene purposes.

We will refund or credit the full order amount minus the shipping costs. You (the account holder customer) are responsible for any shipping, duties or insurance charges in order to send the jewellery back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

 

Changes or cancellation to custom orders

For any changes or cancellations for custom orders please contact us within 3 business days of placing the order. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Consignment orders

For consignment box orders, an express shipping fee will be charged for delivery. However, return approval stock will not incur freight charges. We provide a pre-paid return satchel with your consignment box so you can return items to us easily. Any unwanted items need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, otherwise the entire consignment stock will be invoiced.

 

Custom orders

Goods specifically manufactured, modified or made to order cannot be returned for credit or refund.

 

How to return an item(s)
  1. When you return an item/s please include the following information with your parcel;

  • Invoice numbers

  • Date of purchase

  • Customer’s name and address

Note: Unless these details are forwarded, we will be unable to accept goods for credit.
